申诉解封过程记录一下，给有需要的人。
1、登录api 账号发现账号被封，提示在禁止区域使用key。
2、去openAI官网申诉?https://help.openai.com/en/collections/3675931-openai-api
点开右下角的聊天窗口，输入账号不能登录，然后给他们发消息
去翻译软件机翻一封邮件：
邮件全文copy：
My developer xxx@gmail.com has not been used in API restricted countries
An error message appeared:
“We have detected suspicious login behavior and further attempts will be blocked. Please contact the administrator’
think you guys made a mistake and requested to restore my developer account. Thanks
发到聊天窗口，
一天后，成功找回账号。
